Cilantro Garlic Sauce

Big fan of sauces over here!!! It’s an easy way to elevate any meal with minimal effort. This cilantro sauce is going to pair well with any protein.

Here's What You'll Need:

  • Coconut Cream - 8oz. The Trader Joe's brand has been the only one I have found to be AIP compliant.

  • Cilantro - One small bunch

  • Roasted Garlic - 6 cloves

  • Lemon Juice - 1/4 Cup

  • Sea Salt - start with a pinch, add to taste

Destem the cilantro. The roasted garlic I make ahead of time, make sure it’s cooked. Add all of these ingredients to blender or food processor, and blend! At this point, you may need to scrape sides to get a good chop and blend. Herbs can be tricky, don’t worry, it’ll get there. At this point I add in a little salt to taste. Feel free to play around with the lemon juice too! It's all to taste.
