This is a great way to use up spare ingredients while still having a tasty, fresh dinner!

For this recipe I took chopped onions, garlic, mushrooms and capers and started to brown them in a pan with a little bit of olive oil and sea salt. I then removed the mix from heat and folded it into a 1/2 LB of ground beef. Feel free to use lean chicken and/or turkey instead just make sure it’s good quality! Fillers, antibiotics and “cheap meat” all have side effects on AI. Ok, back to cooking!

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Ground Beef - 1/2 LB

  • Onion - 1/4 of Large Onion, diced.

  • Mushrooms - 4-5 Large Rough Cut

  • Capers - 2 TBSP

Feel free however, to play around with this mix. Sub in different veggies, try different ground meat, go nuts! But don’t add nuts….not AIP :D. Just keep the veggie mixture at about 1/3 to your meat mix.

Okay, we’re back….I then popped the mix into individual ramekins and cooked them in the oven at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes, until internal temp reached 180 degrees.

Enjoy!
