Who doesn’t love a good pressure cooker recipe? Quick, easy, yummy, done! This is also a great recipe that can then be transformed into great leftovers so I generally like to make extra.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Short Ribs - I did a big pack from Costco it was about 18 strips.

  • Bone Broth - 2 Cups

  • Red Wine - 2 Cups

  • Grated Horseradish - 2 TBSP

  • Tamarind Puree - 3 TBSP

  • Minced Garlic - 4 TBSP

  • Onion - one whole, rough chopped

  • Salt - 1 TBSP

  • Herbs (Rosemary, thyme, parsley) - 2 Large sprigs each

I stacked the ribs in my Ninja Foodie about 3 ribs each direction. Alternating each level. I the poured everything on top, then used a battery to mix everything together and cover the top ribs with sauce.

Next, set your timer for 20 mintues on high pressure. It takes some time to get to temp, so plan accordingly. After 20 minutes, depressurize, then give another thorough basting. If you can, trying to shift some of the ribs around so that everything is in the juice as much as possible. Reseal and cook for another 20 min. At this point you can let your pressure cooker keep everything warm u til you're ready for serving.

I took out the juices and make a thing gravy by mixing in some plain, unsweetened coconut yogurt, then letting it simmer on the stove to reduce.

I had to use a spatula fork combo to get these out, they were literally falling apart….so good 🤤.

Enjoy!
