Sauces are the spice of the AIP life. With a rather short list of approved foods it’s very important to be able to play with those flavors as much as possible. Enter…..Caesar Dressing! This is a great sauce to just have on hand as it will add flavor to EVERYTHING. Well, Maybe not everything….but you get my point.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Olive Oil - 1/4 to1/2 Cup

  • Lemon Juice - 1/2 Cup

  • Garlic - 1 TBSP Minced

  • Capers - 1 TBSP

  • Anchovy - 1-2 Fillets

  • Salt to Taste

Pretty simple, you are going to take all of these ingredients and just blend them! I start off with 1/4 Cup Olive Oil and add more to taste if necessary, if you don’t want it to be quite so lemony, go up to 1/2 Cup.

To make it a little creamier you can add in a spoonful of coconut cream OR a few spoonfuls of my Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce. It’s soooooo good.
